Article 1. | General

1.1 Max & Woof's General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries from Max & Woof. When you order an item, you agree to these terms and conditions. So read this carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about these conditions, please contact Max & Woof at, via Contact Form or via our live chat.

Article 2. | Agreement and Order

2.1 The agreement is binding when you place an order. Max & Woof processes the order after payment has been received. Until then, Max & Woof is the sole owner of the products.

2.2 Once your order has been processed, you will receive confirmation by email that payment has been accepted and an email with confirmation and details of your order. For an invoice including VAT, you can always send an email to and we will then send it to you.

2.3 Images and specifications are indicative. All products are handmade and may therefore vary slightly. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it (see Article 6), but it cannot give rise to a claim.

Article 3. | Payment and Payment Methods

3.1 At Max & Woof you can choose from two secure payment methods: Ideal and Credit Card; Mastercard & VISA.

3.2 If Max & Woof has accidentally stated an incorrect price on the website - and it is clearly a mistake - we have the right to adjust it. Even if you have already ordered that item.

3.3 All product prices on include VAT, but exclude shipping costs.

3.4 Credit card details such as credit card number, expiration date, etc., are automatically transferred via an encrypted and secure system to the payment master without or others having access to this data. Even in the event of a possible refund, full credit card details are not visible. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard, there is additional protection through special verification methods (verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).

Article 4. | Delivery

4.1 Max & Woof delivers orders via the courier service PostNL.

4.2 If you have accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address, selected the wrong delivery option or were not at home when PostNL delivered the package - and therefore additional costs apply - Max & Woof will charge you for these additional costs.

4.3 Max&Woof will ship the order as soon as possible after payment of the agreement. Max & Woof always strives to ensure that you receive your order within the expected delivery time. If this is not possible for any reason (an item is temporarily out of stock or the courier service is on strike), we will let you know immediately.

4.4 Max & Woof is responsible for the order up to and including the moment of delivery. After delivery, responsibility is transferred to you.

4.5 Please note that the delivery times mentioned in Article 5 are the expected delivery times. In the event that a product is not delivered within the expected period, it is not possible to file a claim. However, Max & Woof will always make every effort to ensure that your order arrives on time.

Article 5. | Approval period

5.1 Max & Woof strives to make all customers happy with their purchase. However, we recommend that you check the quality and quantity of products within fourteen working days. If something is wrong, please send an email to

Article 6. | Returns & Exchanges

6.1 We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have fourteen days from the date you received your order to return the product. This only applies if the product is unworn, undamaged and complete in the original packaging.

6.2 The returns form must always be included in the box.

6.4 The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are at your expense.

6.5 If goods are used, worn, damaged or incomplete, we have the right to refuse the returned items. Goods must also be in the unopened original packaging.

6.6 Refunds will be made within 14 working days of receipt and inspection.

6.7 Max & Woof can only transfer the refund to the account with which the original payment was made.

Article 7. | Guarantee

7.1 After the trial period of fourteen days (Article 5.1), Max & Woof gives a two-month warranty on the quality of the product. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please send an email to and we will send you a return label.

7.2 Max & Woof will propose a suitable alternative to you, but Max & Woof will decide which of the following options to choose:
– Repair
– Replacement
- Restitution

7.3 In the case of a refund, the refund (excluding shipping costs) will take place within 14 working days after receipt and inspection.

7.4 If we repair or replace the item, this may take up to 14 working days unless otherwise communicated.

7.5 The warranty is void if the product has defects caused by improper use, or if you or others have made or attempted changes to the product, or if it has been used in a way for which the item was not intended.

8.1 All photos and images used by Max & Woof are protected by copyright. Photos and images may not be reproduced or used in public without written permission from Max & Woof.

9.1 All legal relationships are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
