When paying for your order you can choose from the delivery options below:

All orders are delivered by PostNL. You pay for all orders from €25 no shipping costs for standard delivery to your home or to a PostNL Parcel Point. When the package is on its way, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace email, the email can also end up in your spam mailbox.
Standard delivery
Your package will be delivered to the desired address by PostNL from Tuesday to Saturday. No packages are delivered on Sundays and Mondays.
- With PostNL , the delivery person makes one delivery attempt. If you are not at home you will receive a note in your mailbox. You can also opt for delivery to your neighbors. If your package has been delivered to a PostNL Package Point, it will remain for you for 7 days.
Packages can only be delivered to regular addresses, delivery to a PO Box is not possible.
Pick up at a PostNL Parcel Point
If you place an order before 10:00 PM, you can pick up your order at a PostNL Parcel Point within 2-3 working days. This is free of charge if you place an order above €25. Your package will remain with you for 7 days and you can only pick up the package yourself with a valid ID.

RETURNS
You can return your online purchases to us within 14 days. The shipping costs for returning/exchanging products are: for your own account . You are allowed to use your own courier of your choice for shipping. Max & Woof does not provide free return labels for this.
Download Here is the return form, fill it in and put it in the box with the products.Save time and money: measure twice, buy once! If you would like to return or exchange product(s) for any reason, we will happily accept the return provided it meets the criteria below.
Take the following criteria into account:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The package must be stamped within 14 days of delivery.
- Please include a note with the order number with the return shipment.
- All items must be brand new, unwashed and hair free. Max & Woof will not exchange or return products that are damaged as a result of chewing or biting.
- Max & Woof is not responsible for returning an item that does not meet the above criteria. Please contact us if you have any questions.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs on the original order will not be refunded due to a return. We recommend using a tracking service as we can never guarantee that we will receive the return.
Once the return or exchange has been received, inspected and approved based on our criteria above, please allow 2-3 days for processing. If you request a return, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days after processing. If you are requesting an exchange, please email us at info@max-woof.nl to ensure we still have stock of the size/item you would like to request.
Excluded items:
All items labeled FINAL SALE on the product page are non-returnable.
DEFECTS
Our items are extensively inspected before we ship them. However, it can happen that an item is damaged during shipping and you receive it. In the event that an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product so that we are able to provide an appropriate solution!
